WHY “BULL’S EYE”?
More exercise doesn’t necessarily mean better results. The goal is to train at the right intensity, with the right technique, for your body. Push too little and you don’t create enough stimulus for change. Push too hard and you increase your risk of injury. There are warning signs when someone is being pushed beyond their limit, and without the trainer’s right knowledge and experience, they’re easy to miss. I know those signs because I’ve experienced many of them myself. As an athlete and competitor, I’ve pushed my own body too far more times than I can count. And after decades of training clients, I recognize subtle changes that tell me when someone is approaching their limit, often before they realize it themselves. I can see when someone is becoming light-headed or their energy is dropping rapidly. I notice changes in breathing, coordination, technique, and responsiveness. And I recognize when determination takes over and someone wants to keep pushing even though their body is telling us it’s time to stop or adjust. Knowing when to push is important. Knowing when not to push is just as important. That’s where my decades of experience matter.
The Bull’s Eye is the point where your training is challenging enough to produce results, precise enough to be effective, and controlled enough to be safe. Combined with the nutrition plan built around you plus consistent accountability, you have a complete system designed to help you get into the best shape of your life, as efficiently as possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. I design the program around your current condition, age, weight, and injuries.
Two things. My experience and my approach. Over three decades of coaching with southlands of successful transformations. I don’t just train you; I teach you exactly how your body works, so you can get yourself in shape any time you want without hiring another trainer or nutritionist.
Yes. My medical and sport background lets me work safely around injuries while we strengthen your body and protect weak areas.
Most clients lose 25–30 lbs in 6 weeks, sometimes more, depending on starting point, adherence, and medical factors.
Typically, two 45-minute in-person sessions per week, plus a simple home routine and a precise nutrition plan.
Most of my clients are busy professionals with not much time on their hands. For that reason, I coach both, online and in person. You also have a short custom home routines delivered through my app, that you can do any time on your own without the need for any equipment.
The nutrition plan is based on human physiology and is very simple. You won’t need to weigh your food, count calories or track macros.
The 6 week program is an investment into your health. I do not offer payment plans, but I do offer variations of the program at different rates that we can discuss during your free consultation.
You’ll leave with the knowledge and habits to maintain your results. The knowledge you will get from me you will keep forever. The goal is permanent change, not a quick crash.
There is no free lunch when it comes to weight loss. Every drug has side effects—some
minor, some potentially serious—and GLP1 drugs like Ozempic are no exception.
The key point most people miss is this: even if you take the drug, you still must change your
lifestyle, or you will regain the weight. The medication doesn’t fix your eating habits, your
relationship with food, your lack of movement, or your stress. It doesn’t build your muscles, give
you strength or improve your health. It simply suppresses your appetite for a while. When you
stop, hunger and old habits come back.
In that sense, GLP1 drugs are very similar to steroids: you can look better while you’re on them,
but once you’re off and your lifestyle hasn’t changed, you lose the results.
My program takes the opposite approach. Instead of outsourcing the problem to a prescription,
we rebuild your body through precise training, structured nutrition and real accountability. You
keep your muscle and improve your strength, your health markers move in the right direction,
and you leave with skills and habits you can use for the rest of your life.
Drugs can give you a temporary effect; a disciplined lifestyle gives you permanent control. My
job is to help you build that control, safely and efficiently, so you never have to rely on injections
to manage your body.
