Hello and welcome to my site. My name is George and I am a personal trainer in Vancouver, I could be your trainer if you decide that we are the right fit to work together. Let me tell you about myself, so we are not strangers.
I’ve been in competitive sports since the age of 4. Being close to 50 years old, I am still competing today! I have coached many athletes and raised Canadian and World MMA Champions. When I was young, my parents wanted me to become a neurosurgeon, so I ended up going through four years of medical school. Obtained knowledge that helps me every day with building programs that work like a clock.
I like to keep things simple and effective. I think that “the definition of perfection is when there is nothing else to take away.”
Nature made the rules, we just need to follow. I’ve been teaching for over 30 years and in my experience, weight loss and weight maintenance are much simpler than we often make it.

Evaluation
During the Evaluation Phase, you will come in for a physical consultation or we will have an online Skype call where we identify your goals, current health status, habits, daily regimen, current exercise routine, food allergies / intolerance’s, etc. This is the stage where I will get to know you on a personal level so I can create a customized program for YOU!

Planning
During this Phase, I will analyze your evaluation and decide how to create a custom program tailored for your specific goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, overall health improvement, increased endurance, stamina or all the above. My goal is to create a simplified path for you to achieve YOUR goals as fast as humanly possible, without the use of any performance enhancing drugs. Your health is my number 1 priority.

Execution
During this Phase we will be executing the custom plan that I have created for you! This will be the time when you receive customized personal one-on-one, group or online training with me. I will be teaching you what exercises are best for your goals and how to do them correctly to get the best results. This will be the time when I make sure that you do everything right and stay accountable to your program to ensure you receive the results that you are hoping to achieve. If you follow my plan exactly how I coach you, I can guarantee you will see RESULTS!

Maintenance
During this Phase, I will ensure you stay on track after your program has completed. Whether you would like to continue training with me or not, I will be available to you for six months of telephone and e-mail support to keep you on track and motivated. This will help you reinforce your new habits and condition your mind. My Goal is help you achieve your GOAL!
