I've done 2 programs and continue to learn so much each time. George's knowledge and insight is vast. It's up to you to commit to the program(s), but if you truly follow his advice you'll see the results you are looking for. I trust George because he tells you to do your own research - his workouts don't cause any injury or pain. I've had chronic back pain since I was 13 (now 35) and I never injure myself during the workout sessions. I recommend trying one of his programs for whatever your goals are.

Just thought I'd send you an email that I started your program the end of January for  6 weeks.   I have now lost 50 lbs as of last week.  I continue to follow your plan even when I fall off the wagon  which surprises me that I am still with it!  On Saturday my daughter and I went for a bike ride and ended up doing 25 kms.  She was sometimes 2-3 intersections ahead of me and we had to bus our bikes home because my butt was sore, but I can't remember the last time I rode that far.  I passed level 1 swimming and am signing up again in the fall.  Things continue to amaze me as the pounds disappear.  For the first time in years I feel free!

I am a 38 years old male, and as many others like me I’ve been struggling with the size of my belly. I can’t say I was fat, but my belly was big and I was weighting 200lbs, a little bit too much for a guy that is just 5’6 tall.

Losing weight was never a problem for me. Just put myself in a very strict diet and the scale would go down…but never the belly!

The situation reached a point when I considered surgery. And I did it. December 2013 I underwent liposuction in the abdominal area, and after three months the results weren’t good…actually I’ve gained 10 pounds!

In March 2014 I came across George though internet and decided to give it a try. Very shortly after I start the six weeks program I start to notice change. I drop substantial weight and my belly almost disappeared. At the end of the program I was 30 lbs lighter and passed from waist 38 to 34.

A bit about how I heard about George. A friend a few years ago spoke highly of George and had said to me, if you ever want to get in shape go see George to get results. On January 1, 2018 I woke up and realized I wanted change. I had a good job, car and lots of material things. What I wasn't happy about was how I looked physically. I had lost myself for the past 2 years, gained so much weight due to losing my mother to kidney failure. My mom's dying words were "look after your health as it's everything". So I was serious about changing this time, had trainers in the past and never got the results. I contacted George and set up a consultation, and started training. He customized a meal plan with my dietary restrictions. Here, I thought I was eating healthy and I was far from that. He has made me mentally a stronger person and the best part is I have lost 27 pounds.

My 6 week program with George was LIFE-CHANGING. Before I started, I felt like I was stuck at my post-baby new weight gain and no matter what I did, I couldn't lose it. George got to the heart of what I needed, but also worked with me to start new habits without the feeling of "it's too hard" or "I can't do it". It did require a mindset shift, which George helped me with, to find a new focus and new goals. I was successful with a total weight loss of 22 lbs in 6 weeks! It was a program tailored specifically for me, both with the nutrition plan and the exercise program.

I would pass by George's sign and see his claim for helping people get fit and lose weight. I've had two kids and have tried to get those extra pounds off without success. Different meal plans, gyms, trainers...the weight just wouldn't budge. I turned 40 and realized that if I don't do something now, it'll only get harder. So I signed on with George. I didn't do this easily. Because I've tried different trainers and meal plans without success in the past, I did my research on George carefully and asked him lots of questions during the introductory call. I appreciated his no-nonsense, scientific approach and his focus on health. I also appreciated his stance on wholesome foods - 'eat things that grow. eat things that eat things that grow. eat things that eat things that eat things that grow.' 🙂 The meal plan was easy to follow. I'm not going to glorify it. It wasn't fun...I ate a lot of chicken and broccoli...but it worked! I reached my goal of dropping two dress sizes and while I'm not as disciplined as I was during my 6-week time with George, the number is still dropping. I am fitting into the clothes now that I used to wear 10 years ago, before both my kids were born!!! The biggest thing for me was the accountability factor. I really don't like food tracking, but with the app that George uses, you just need to take a picture. To clarify, if you're looking for someone warm and fuzzy who rings pom-poms along the way, George isn't your guy. But if you're looking for someone who calls it like it is, drives accountability and pushes you to be better...then George will be a good fit. Thanks, George. I'm healthy and happy 🙂

If you want results, go see George! As a mother with young children, I don't have much extra time, so I need training sessions that are targeted and effective. My goals were to establish better habits, lose the fat I was building around my stomach and build a bit of muscle. I accomplished the first two goals well within the 6 weeks and the habits continue after for me. It did require a new set of "go to" things to eat, and I am not as strict as I was for the initial 6 weeks, but George gave me the tools to be able to make my own decisions about what I am prepared to change. When I compromise I am aware of what I am doing and compromise with knowledge.

George discouraged me from checking my weight but I ignored him. December 31, 2018 I weighed 196lbs. I started with George January 9, 2019 and on February 18, 2019 I was 183lbs. That is not a large weight loss but I was not massively overweight. I also went from a solid 34 inch waist size to a loose 32 inch waist. I am somewhere near that weight and shape now all the time, perhaps a bit less.

I am having no trouble keeping my weight and shape, I am mostly following George's recommended way of eating, and I have not completely given up craft beer, just less of it and less often (George recommends no alcohol).

If you want to lose weight and make better habits, George is an excellent guide to that. Guy M.

Years of working in film and being a gourmand has caught up to me in my early 30's. I was at my worst physical state ever and it was affecting my self confidence and also my work to some degree. I had to commit and make the change.

It is a big understatement to say that George's six-week program changed my life for the better. Not only did I lose 13kg(about 29lbs) during the program and gained muscle mass and a huge boost in stamina, his diet plan and the education of what causes weight change has helped me to develop a habit that will keep me healthy and fit for the rest of my life. I finished my program on August 15th and I have not gained back any weight. In fact, I lost an additional 4kg(about 8lbs) just by applying what I learned from the program into my daily diet.

When I talked to my friends who are working clinical dietitians, they were skeptical of the plan and the program. But to everyone's surprise, I followed the program to the last bit of detail for six weeks and George proved everyone wrong by helping me smash a goal that I set for myself before the program. If you think that his claims of helping you lose 30lbs in six weeks is hard to believe, that is because it does sound exaggerated. But I can guarantee you, with your dedication and Goerge's guidance, you will get there just like my initially skeptical but hopeful self.

For now, I have been trying to enjoy the last bit of summer I had left after the program, but I am not letting loose. Now I get to enjoy eating good food once more, but at the same time I am applying the techniques, mentality and body hacks that I learned from George and I am constantly losing weight in the rate of roughly 1kg per week. I cannot wait to train, this time for strength and definition and not for diet, with George again starting in October.

I hope that my review will encourage people to finally cut the excuses and commit to changing not only your current physical state, but your life for the better. George(and your own dedication of course,) will get you to turn your life around and then some.
