Healthy Lifestyle Builder Program

This 3-month group program is designed to help you create and maintain healthy lifestyle. We take your bad habits that lead to your health issues and unwanted pounds, throw them in the garbage once and for all and help you create new healthy habits that will change the way you feel, that will get you in a great shape, improve your health, and serve you well for the rest of your life.

We will work on one habit at a time. We will begin with the most important habit – a good nutrition. That is the key to good physical and mental health, keeping energy levels up and living longer. Without good nutrition, nothing else matters. You cannot out-train your diet. Each week there will be something to work on. You will learn what to eat, what not to eat and why, you will learn how to substitute certain foods for much better alternatives, you might even taste some foods to know that swapping certain foods with much better options can still taste great, you’ll get nutrition plan with recipes and receive daily support.

The second half of the program is all about training and exercise. You will learn how to exercise efficiently and effectively so you don’t end up wasting your time on lengthy exercises with no results.
