At Fit Body By George, we will design a custom program for each and every one of our clients. No program will ever be the same, guaranteed! Your custom program will be tailored to your needs based on the evaluation performed by George at the start of each program. We offer a few different programs that are suited for different individuals. In general each program follows the same basic guideline. Each program consists of six weeks of customized personal training whether it be in-person or online, a customized exercise and nutrition plan, a psychology of weight loss guide and six months of telephone and e-mail support to keep you on track.

This program includes:

  • 12 customized one-on-one classes designed around your personal application of skills. These classes are designed for you to be faster, stronger and more efficient as an operator or competitor. They are designed with one goal in mind – for you to WIN!
  • You will be provided with exercise and technique programs for you to do at home, on the days that you are not training in person.
  • You will also be provided a nutritional plan to increase your energy levels and performance in the gym and out in the field.

This program is a fully custom designed – sport specific program. You will work on the exact details that are specific to your particular sport. No time wasted. We only do what brings the best results in the shortest time possible.

This program includes:

  • Six weeks of customized personal one-on-one training with me.
  • A customized exercise program for you to do at home.
  • A personalized nutrition guide based on your sport and lifestyle. You will learn what to eat and when, also which foods to avoid and why. You will also learn about the foods that make you perform better and the ones that slow you down.
  • Mental game. You will learn how your brain works. I’ve been a competitive athlete for over 40 years myself, and have raised Canadian and World Champions. The mental game is what separates first place winners from second and third place. You will learn simple techniques to get yourself in first place and how to stay there.
