Benefits of drinking water

About 60% of the adult body is made up of water. You need water to live. But you also need water for your body to function the way it supposed to.

It works similar to the engine oil in your car. You need to have the correct amount and you need to replenish it on time. You do it with your car, why not your own body?

Having regular headaches? Most of the time it’s caused from a lack of water.

Constipated? Most of the time it’s lack of water.

Feeling foggy? Most of the time it’s lack of water.

Having cramps in your muscles? Most likely again water…starting to get the point..its essential!

If you retain water and feel bloated, most likely you do not drink enough water consistently and your kidneys have to work slower.

Not coffee, not tea, not coconut milk from a can, not soft drinks or vitamin water, Pure water!

How much? If you are 150lb female, 1.5-2 liters per day is good.

If you are 200lb male, 2.5 liters should be good.

If you want to lose weight, increase those numbers by another 1-1.5 liters. Also, the more you train and sweat, the more water you’ll need to drink. Hope this helps. Go drink some water!
