The Difference

You may be here because you’re frustrated with unsuccessful attempts to get control of your fitness, or you have plateaued and you can’t seem to break through to the next level. However, even if you have both and do everything right and lose weight, you will not be able to keep it off for too long. Most of people who lose weight, gain it all back. That is fact.

It is like Tylenol which just masks the symptoms temporarily. Your weight is controlled by your behaviors and your behaviors are controlled by your subconscious mind.
